Mona is a Realtor® with ARC Realty who helps buyers and sellers get what they want out of the real estate process. As a former instructor and trainer at AUM, UA and AU, Mona helps her clients through the often stressful process of buying or selling a home. She always wants her clients to feel well informed and comfortable while making decisions. Mona's number one focus is for the client to feel like they got the best deal possible and were well represented.
Mona has lived most if her life in Montgomery and Pike Road. She left the area to pursue undergraduate and graduate degrees, and returned to finish them. Mona holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Auburn University; an Ed.D. in Counseling and Development from Auburn University at Montgomery; and a MA in Community Counseling, a BS in Human Development and Family Studies, and a BS in Psychology from The University of Alabama.
Before her career in real estate, Mona worked for 16 years in higher education at The University of Alabama, Auburn University, and Auburn University at Montgomery at which she taught and ran a state-wide behavioral center. Mona applies this experience in her approach to real estate. She has an extreme attention to detail. She researches and uses any relevant information to help inform her clients on decisions. And, she uses her background in psychology and human behavior to assist her in marketing, collaborating with other professional in the field, and negotiating the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Mona is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Alabama Association of Realtors, the Montgomery Area Association of Realtors, the Lee County Association of Realtors, the Junior League of Montgomery, and is on the Boards of Pike Road Schools Adopt-a-Class, Pike Road Elementary PTA, and Pike Road Intermediate PTSA.
