Honestly, there are no words to describe how amazing Mona is.

I had mentioned to her what my price range was, location and the home style — I was receiving from her emails on the daily with my specifications. She took an entire day to show me homes that she told me I would not like (I really didn’t like them … should’ve trusted her experience)
The home I am living now, I thought I was not going to get nor did I think it would happen so smoothly and that was my reality.

Mona was so knowledgeable in the market and the home style (built, materials, upgrades in the house) that I was able to leverage a few things.

I was nervous when looking to purchase a beach house in Florida while shopping from out of state. But Mona made the process smoother and easier than I could have imagined. Even though I was shopping outside of her main city, she was able to find me the perfect place that met all of my criteria. Mona was very patient and thorough, represented me well and walked me through the entire home buying process, making it a breeze. Before working with Mona I had two real state agents. I fired both because I felt they were only looking to maximize their commission. Mona was very patient, showed us houses depending on our own schedule, answered all our questions and set real expectations. Finally, she negotiated the price of the house we wanted and got it for $10,000 less that the other agents.
