I felt like were demanding customers, coming from the Chicago market, unused to the area & prices & pace of the California real estate market. Mona & Her Husband/Partner Abe were patient and willing to show us as many houses as we wanted to see in such a short time frame till we felt comfortable in placing an offer on a house. She was able to help us negotiate the best offer and I feel like in the end, we received the best house for us at the absolute best price, because of her. There were severely unusual complications to our escrow process and she was able to facilitate a beneficial resolution. Mona turned out to be an angel from the GODS. I was a newbie and green she held my had through the whole process and never made me feel dumb. (She even went to Home Depot with me!!) And this was to sell a $150K condo that she probably didn't make a dime considering how much time I spent asking her questions. She helped me find a house too a steered me in a great direction. I have been using her ever since and will continue to do so. She has a keen memory and excellent people skills. Her husband, Abe isn't too bad either. She really is the best. I highly recommend. Mona was absolutely FANTASTIC! Not only did she work to help us find the perfect home, she walked us through the loan application process, she dealt with the bank for us when they acted like a bunch of nincompoops, and she put us in contact with tradesmen to help us do the remodeling we wanted on our home. She then followed up with us after about a month, just to see how the work was coming along and how we were settling in. Mona was our realtor for our son's first place. She and her partner Abe spent every Sunday for months with us searching for the right place. When our son made his offer it was on a short sale. We new it would take time but had no idea what we were in for. Mona was wonderful. She always kept in touch, spent many hours dealing with the seller's agent and the banks. At the end it looked like the sale was not going to go through and we were all disappointed. As luck would have it things did work out. It took six months before my son moved in but he is so happy now. It was worth the wait. I would and have recommended Mona to my co-workers.
