She holds a degree in International Business from San Jose State University and brings extensive experience in international, private, commercial, and mortgage banking.
To provide clients with specialized expertise and a global perspective, Monica earned the National Association of REALTORS® Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS®) designation and the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation. She is also an active member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).

In 2025, the team successfully closed 50 home sales, with Monica personally representing clients in 5 of those transactions.
