While she first became a real estate agent in 2014, Monica has been surrounded by the industry her entire life. Her father was a real estate agent and broker for close to 50 years, and her brother currently works as a Realtor in their home state of Ohio.
Before getting her real estate license, Monica was well-respected in the hospitality field for 25 years. She served as a Convention Sales Manager and Convention Services Manager. One highlight of her career during this time was helping to open the JW Marriott in Las Vegas in 1999. She has also owned and helped operate two, small family businesses. Her leadership, communication skills, and eye for detail made her an incredible asset in these roles. These are traits she brings to her work now in real estate.
