Wow! What could I say!? Outstanding! There’s a scripture verse that says The blessing of the Lord makes one rich and there shall be no sorrow to it. Monica Fortune of Samson Properties was just outright amazing. A perfect fit for me. I had interviewed 3 agents and not one gave me a sense that reaching my goal to sell my property had become their goal. Monica from the start helped to set my price. She was clear about what to expect. She kept me informed on the activities going on with potential buyers. Within 2 weeks we had offers. She navigated with me the whole process for getting documents signed. She communicated. I literally felt that if there ever was going to be a realtor to get me through selling my property comfortably it would be Monica Fortune. I went through 3 before I was referred to Monica. I loved her approach with me. She met me right where I was in my goal to sell. She listened. She informed. She blessed me tremendously to the end. The property sold in a little over a month but to get to the part where I handed keys over to the new owner was sheer joy.
