Monica was an absolute pleasure to work when selling our house. She absolutely shocked me with the gorgeous photo shop pictures she did of rooms in our home and a beautiful sunset outside. She is inventive, talented and so smart. She keeps in touch and attends to her clients like you are the most important one. She is the best to work with. You'd be crazy to work with anyone else. Monica assisted me with a transaction that was crashing due to a lender who was not being honest. I was in Costa Rica and Monica, my safety and risk manager, had to take the reins because I was out of cell service range .
