This was our first time buying a home and neither of us had any idea what to expect. She walked us through it each step of the way and - well after the sale - still checks on us just to see how we’re doing. My husband and I moved to New Mexico four years ago not knowing the area or anyone who lived here. Fortunately, we met Monica after walking into an open house for a home we were interested in. We immediately found a friend in Monica, and someone who got to know us, guided us and ultimately helped us buy our first home. Monica is kind, professional, knowledgeable and really knows Albuquerque. She was a wonderful resource for us as we got to know the various neighborhoods and helped us decide where to settle in. We are SO happy to have Monica in our lives - our relationship with her is invaluable and will always choose her when looking for a home. Monica is an excellent real estate agent, she helped us find a home and relocate to Albuquerque. She knows Albuquerque and the surrounding areas very well and will Work with you to find the right place for you. Her approach is very low key and low pressure. I’d highly recommend her, especially if you do not like the typical high pressure methods of real estate agents.

Monica is an exceptionally good Realator. I was living in Austin, TX and needed to relocate to Albuquerque for a new job. Monica sent me listings daily before I even moved to ABQ. When I arrived she took me to several homes and gave me suggestions on where to eat and things to do. She became one of my very first friends here. She helped me to buy a spectacular home
in a part of town where I feel safe. She still brings surprise treats by for my kids on big holidays with Marty ( our loan specialist). She keeps me informed of local fundraisers and volunteer opportunities because she knows I enjoy being apart of those kinds of activities and experiences. I met Monica about 5 years ago when we decided to buy our first home. From the start, she was very attentive to our needs and wants as well as all questions we had about buying a home and what the process looked like. She would meet us at every house, on time, and would do thorough walk through a with us. Monica is one of the most professional realtors I’ve ever worked with. Monica worked extremely hard to find me the perfect home. I had something very specific in mind and she worked tirelessly to find it. After my move in, there were a few issues with my home. Monica did not have to go to bat on my behalf, but she did. My issues were addressed as soon as they could be. Monica has your best interest at heart. I wouldn't trust anyone else in New Mexico with my home purchase or sale. She is a gem!
