She moved to San Francisco in the early 1990s to attend the University of San Francisco, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in International Economics and Finance. Monica’s real estate journey began in 1996 with her first property purchase in Hayes Valley. Since then, she has purchased, renovated, and sold homes throughout San Francisco.
