Ms. Monica is someone who cares about her clients and ensures that they get what they want. She is someone who gives good advice, and goes above and beyond to make sure that she gives quality services to her clients. Few things I like about her is, she is very knowledgeable in her field of work, she is nonjudgmental, a good listener, caring and loving, a good adviser, takes time to explain things to her clients, shows up at places on time, she is not boastful, treats everyone the way they want to be treated irrespective of their gender and or age, cares a whole lot about her clients’ needs, children, families, do not push clients or boss them around to buy houses; she is simply a great person with good and multiple personalities one can imagine. She makes buying a house less stressful and fun so much that one wants to buy a house again after purchasing his or her house.
In a nut shell, she is simply phenomenal.

On behalf of my family, I use this opportunity to thank Mrs. Monica Martinez Chin for not giving up on us and being patience with us through the buying of our first house, selling it after 5 years of dwelling in it, and buying our second house. Monica is our real estate agent but has now become our real estate agent and a family member.

Ohh man. Where do I start? I have nothing but the BEST to say about Monica. If it wasn’t for her & her amazing team, I don’t think we would be homeowners right now especially with the way the real estate market has been skyrocketing in the past months. Monica is professional, she is on top of everything. One thing we wanted with looking for a home, is an agent who was trustworthy and up front with communication. She by far exceeds everything we ever looked for in an agent and made our home buying experience very pleasant. Still to this day she reaches out, on top of her busy schedule. She is straightforward, honest, won’t waste your time, if she doesn’t have an answer she will find that answer and keep you in the loop throughout the whole process. We will forever be grateful for her work & helping us achieve to become homeowners again. March 13th, 2008 – November 25th, 2019. 11 years, 8 months. This is how long I have known Monica Martinez Chin, a Real Estate agent in San Diego, CA. She helped me by my house in 2008.

One thing that stood out to me about Monica, was her smile, her laughter, and determination. We looked at many houses and never gave up on us. We finally found our home in 2008.

Fast forward 11 years later, it came time to sell my home. I have kept in contact with Monica through social media, so I thought, why not go with her. I know her, and her work ethic. It just made sense. So I contacted her, and she was on it. She knew exactly what needed to happen, and she came prepared. With plan A, plan B, and plan C! She had this thing so down packed, I knew she’d get us the highest price, and sell quickly.

32 families came in my home. We got 4 different offers within a matter of days. 7-10 days after being on the market, we accepted the highest offer, and we were in escrow. I couldn’t believe it! Everything she mentioned from the beginning, to end, happened! I cannot thank her enough for her determination and hard work! An incredible display of experience, strength, and determination. Wow!!

Now, guess what she’s doing now? She’s also helping my buy my new home. And guess what? We are in escrow now, and close to closing that one!

I will say, that Monica, will do ‘whatever it takes’ to make it happen. And when I say, ‘whatever it takes’, it means, just that! Monica cares, and wants everyone to reach their goals. With Monica, it’s never just about her, ever. It’s about her clients, always.

I am happy to be Monica’s SECOND ever, client. And will continue to be a part of her life, as she will always be a part of mine. Thank you, Monica, so much! I wish you much continue success, and will recommend you to everyone I know. Way to go, Monica! Way to go!
