Monica is a hard, dedicated worker who always does her best to please her client, whether he or she is a buyer and/or seller. One thing that I ESPECIALLY appreciated was her honesty and high ethical standards! She’s not just in the business to make money, but to do the right thing for her clients. I would highly recommend her!

I loved working with Monica. She became part of the family and worked very hard for us to find the right house. We had her running all around central Ohio and she never complained or tried to change our mind. And in the end we found the right house for us!

Monica Minto is an amazingly professional, responsive, knowledgeable and efficient agent. She was able to step in after unexpected life events forced us to change agents, while selling a house out of state. Monica was able to work with my late evening schedule, as virtual school mom. She got top dollar for the property and helped me stay on top of everything. As a first time seller, I felt I was in excellent hands and she educated me throughout the sale.
