Monica Rohena

Monica relocated to Wilmington in 2003 after working in Corporate Travel in NYC/NJ for many years. Being bilingual in Spanish and English, and a little French, has been a great asset for her career. As a Residential Broker at Momentum and Outreach Coordinator with New Hanover County, Monica thrives in making connections, building relationships, and helping her clients reach their dreams of becoming homeowners. She is pursuing her Workforce Housing Specialist Certification to help make the possibility of homeownership a reality for many in our community. In her free time, Monica loves to work out, swim, go to the beach, and spend time with her family and little dog Piper.
