Monica is the only reason we were able to find our perfect home in this crazy Idaho market. We initially were preapproved in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic but we were scared to proceed with a home purchase during those scary times. We had friends and family members who recommended their realtor but we decided to trust Monica. I have previously worked with her and know she is an honest, hardworking person who goes above and beyond in all aspects of life including real estate. She took the time to get to know our dreams for our future home and went out of her way to find our perfect little house. Even when the house had everything on our list that we wanted and I just didn’t think it was OUR home, she listened and kept looking. I will forever recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell, especially 1st time home buyers. The whole process is overwhelming but she explained every step of the way and never once made me feel ill prepared for not knowing something. I am writing this in the comfort of my home after a successful deal. In a market as crazy as ours you need someone on your side. Monica is your person.
