Born to a mother who creates cultural programs & serves as a community board leader, and to a father who coached girls to national championships & college scholarships, Monifa Taylor is no stranger to investing in people. As a 6-time All-American, collegiate national champion, & Olympic Trials finalist in the hurdles, Monifa has been over her share of barriers. Now she creates strategies for clients to soar over obstacles and achieve winning results.

Monifa has a degree from the University of Florida in Food & Resource Economics and has worked in small-group collaborations that focus on community investment. She enjoys adventurous outdoor activities, traveling, gardening, and home improvement projects.
