Monika is incredibly thorough and will truly have your best interest at heart. She helped my girlfriend and I find a wonderful condo in Midtown and it was below our price point. She even offered to do our walkthrough and handled all the finances because we were moving from out of town. I highly recommend her as a superb real estate agent. She can be more than trusted.

Monika sold my house in Miami Beach above asking. She was very responsive and went above and beyond to get my house cleaned out. She was also able to find me a house in Kendall and made the transition smooth. I would highly recommend her. She’s the best always available and responsive to my texts questions and issues as this move was very stressful for my mom and I since we lived in same house since 1985.

I feel that I am cheating Monika by only giving 5 stars!
We had an excellent experience listing our house and we could not be happier of a choice for an agent to represent us!
Prior to meeting Monika and Robert we had planned to list with another agent that had a great reputation for sales in our neighborhood. A neighbor knew we were going list our house and highly recommended Monica and Robert because they represented him as a buyer on his house.
We were hesitant, but chose to meet them. They had a great presentation but what convinced us to go with them was their professionalism and knowledge of the market. No fluff, just straight talk and they asked many good questions. We were continually impressed with how Monika handled all of the offers we received and was quick to advise us on the good and bad of each offer.
Over the past 35 years I have purchased 15 properties and of the 30 transactions have never had an experience that I was completely happy with except this one.
Monika and Robert are a great pair. We travel for work and they were always communicating in real time so we knew what was going on during the whole process. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Monika helped me in the sale of my home in the Venetian Islands. She was able to get my home sold fast and was able to find me a rental to transition to. I also was impressed with her being able to clear out my house and help me with the estate sale to clear the house. I will use Monika again for all my real estate needs and I highly recommend her!

She was extremely responsive, easy to reach & she gave me excellent advice and input with out pressuring me at all. I have known Monika for over 10 years. She has an eye for real estate that can't be beat. She is reliable, professional and honest. She will fight for her clients and get exactly what they want. She was able to help my in laws buy a condo. She will take every call and spend the time the client needs to feel comfortable. She helped them make sure they were getting value for their money. Monika knows everything about real estate down to the appliances( updates and recalls etc.) She knows the market and will compare for her clients. Even when the selling agent was unprofessional, Monika helped my in laws by being on time, finding lawyers and adjusters that were fair, and making sure they were getting a good deal for each square foot. If you want someone that will really look out for you as a client, Monika is your agent.

One of the best real estate agents I have ever worked with. Monika goes above and beyond to make sure your property is in the best shape to be rented/sold. She was able to get my apt rented in less than two months after waiting 8 months on the market with a previous realtor. She is great at her job and it shows! Monika, sold my Condo at the beginning of COVID 19 when no one was selling,, because all the buildings were closing and making it impossible to sell anything. She never dropped the ball striving to give me the best service and getting to the close. I believe if I had any other Broker the sale would never had gone through.
