Monika was very attentive and patient in helping us find our first home. This was a long process for us and we were in contact with her many times a day every day for a few months. She is helpful with property valuation, and negotiating house price and credits. Her extensive knowledge on legal and real estate is something that I did not find in other realtors. She knows the suburbs of Chicagoland well and also has connections to other people who were important in the process (attorney, home inspector, contractor) all which we used and were also very happy with. I highly recommend Monika - she found our perfect home.
