Over the years I have had many of disappointments with Real estate agents not actually listening to me. All of that changed after I was introduced to Monique. And extremely Kind and knowledgeable professional. After looking at several commercial and residential properties in the freezing cold and needing information that was not readily available zoning,codes and other miscellaneous questions. Monique went to work and got the information in 24hr. Never making me feel as though I was asking to much of her .Monique professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched. I highly recommend Monique for all your real estate needs.

As a former real estate investor and multi-time home buyer/seller, I’ve dealt with my share of realtors. Of them all, Monique Boulet is the consummate professional. She first earned my trust when, from 2,500 miles away, I moved to Saratoga, an area unknown to me at the time. She found a lovely house for me and conducted a seamless buying experience. Later, she found my dream home and went way beyond typical realtor duties to provide invaluable assistance during a difficult move.

Most realtors are competent with paperwork and all the myriad details. What separates Monique is her willingness to truly listen to clients and get to know and understand them and their needs, desires and whims as well as their logistic and financial limitations. She combines this with a life-long intimate knowledge of the Saratoga area. She has a keen eye for easily missed but important details of any house that could make or break a successful home purchase. Any home buyer or seller will be grateful to have Monique on their side
