It was an absolute pleasure working with Monique! She was highly recommended by a friend. She is very insightful when it comes to all things realty. She answered every single question I had, recommended an inspector and maintained a great working relationship with both my lawyer and loan specialist. She really took time to work with me as I am a first-time homebuyer. Her efforts insured I was comfortable throughout the whole process.
