Monique Petronje

Monique has experience in property investments, business development, and land acquisitions. She also has experience in construction and enjoys getting involved with the design and layout of buildings. Monique previously has held many positions in which she led successful teams and helped her staff not only meet, but also exceed all of their goals.
Monique also understands the importance of meeting the expectations for both the buyer and the seller realizing that both parties must come to an understanding in order to successfully close a transaction. One of her strengths which occurs naturally is her ability to negotiate on behalf of her clients. Monique's core values include her dedication, commitment, and loyalty to her clients.
Monique received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Tampa and later went on to receive her Masters Degree. She is a native of Tampa Bay and has resided in the Tampa Bay/Pinellas area for her entire life. Monique has strong ties to her family who reside in the Tampa Bay area.
Monique enjoys spending time with her family and is married with one daughter. She and her husband have provided outreach to youth who are in need. They are both very involved with their local church.
