Our experience with Monir Clark was wonderful & she made it so fast, and easy. She was very efficient and took all the work out of our hands. We would recommend her to anyone we know. We could not sell our home for 3 years , and we almost gave up. We found Monir from a referral from a friend , and we found out how professional she was . She brought in a interior designer that gave us very detailed advise on how to present our house. We sold our house in 2 months in what others could not do in 3 years. Words cannot express how pleased we are that we worked with Monir as our real estate agent. In a short span we needed to sell two houses and purchase a home. Monir helped us to prepare a gameplan so that we could stagger the transactions and always kept an eye out for our bottom line. She provided the resources to price the homes for sale accordingly and the first house we were trying to sell had offers the same day it went on the market. We then needed to find the house we’d be living in for years to come and came with a very particular list of must haves. Monir found every house in our area that fit the bill and tirelessly and always with good humor showed us every home. Once she discovered what we really wanted from seeing houses with us, she then took it upon herself to preview houses in advance and only show the ones that are great deals with all our want list checked off. We found our dream home and she was there to help with any questions we had regarding inspections and to negotiate us a heck of a deal. We are in the process of selling the second home and have all the faith in the world that Monir will find us a buyer and help us sell it at a fair price. We cannot recommend Monir enough as a real estate agent. You will be very pleased with her knowledge and the amount of work she does for you behind the scenes. I was referred to Monir by another friend, who was a first time home buyer like myself. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Monir. She intently listened to what I was looking for, my priorities and expectations. She had customized her searches for me accordingly. Through her searches I was able to decide on the location I wanted to be in. Her suggestions also facilitated me to look for houses myself (her app is just a wonder!). I had a very busy and hectic schedule and Monir accommodated for that. She was willing to meet later at night and pushed me to go check out houses even when I was tired. She was diligent and well prepared with the house facts, which helped me in comparing different places I was looking at. Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea as to what were the formalities that were needed to be done (like home inspection, appraisal etc.). Monir has great contacts who can make the process very smooth. Finally, Monir communicated with he buyer very effectively helping me hit just the market price. Finally, she checked out the place by herself to make sure all the work was done. She handles her client jobs as if it was her own home she was buying. One last thing - Realtors can be so pushy and aggressive in making you close. Monir was awesome! We were out of state buyers (picky buyers) who couldn't find anything we wanted...even after she showed us 30 houses in one weekend. So we came back, she cleared her schedule and even missed out on a family engagement (we felt horrible!) just so that we could see more homes. It was during that second trip that we found our current home. Monir was knowledgeable, patient and helpful through the whole process! Monir was recommended to us by a neighbor. After talking with her, and several other agents, I chose Monir after a few conversations over the phone. It was several weeks after our initial conversations before we were ready to put our house on the market, and during that time Monir stayed in touch with me and also provided names of people who could help us get out house ready (Cleaners & Painters). She talked us through the home selling process, explaining all the steps very patiently, and was able to sell our home in about a month. She is very knowledgable with the contract and the entire home selling process. She stayed in constant contact with me while the house was on the market, providing updates whenever the house was shown, and always responded quickly if I had a question, and if she did not know an answer, she would find out and tell us right away. Monir helped my wife and myself purchase our first home. She was very helpful in helping us determine what kind of house fit our needs and about the areas that the homes were located in. When we were excited for a certain house she would be excited with us while also offering counsel and wisdom for what needed work, what would help us sell the house eventually, what the limitations were, etc. We also felt at ease with Monir and weren't pressured towards anything. She was good about helping us pick the home that we would be happy with and avoiding buyers remorse. Monir was also very patient with us and I think we viewed around 70 homes before we found the one for us.
