I had the pleasure of working with Monte Gilman the owner/broker at ReMax in Whitefish MT. He was instrumental in our recent sale of a rental property in Whitefish. We live in Oregon and had concerns in dealing remotely during this transaction. Monte handled all of our concerns and questions in a friendly and professional manner. He was quick to follow up on issues and offer advice as needed. He was always only a phone call away. We would certainly recommend him to others and would use him again if the occasion arose. We are from out of state looking for property. Monte was very helpful in the purchase of the land. He guided us all the way through the process. He put us in touch with Freedom Bank for the finance. He was great at communicating with us during the process. I could call and he answered all our questions. This has been a stress less land purchase which we were thankful for.
