She listed our home while we were out of town, assisted in preparing it for showings, arranged for minor repairs and negotiated a very complicated reverse 1031 exchange. When we arrived in town, Olivia had already provided some needed packing materials and helped us sell some items, and hire packers, loaders and movers. We have had many real estate transactions, and no one has come close to the lengths of assistance that Olivia provided. We most highly recommend her for her knowledge, negotiating experience, seamless helpfulness throughout the process. Great realtor!!! Great person!!!

Selling your house can be stressful, especially when you're sewer breaks the day before you're supposed to have the house staged and photographed. In October of 2020, Angelica helped my husband and I buy our first home in central Denver and she is THE BEST!! While we'd done lots of research on our own, Angelica was true partner in every step of the process. She put in the time to truly get to know us as individuals and as a couple to help us find a home we'd truly love. She was patient and incredibly observant throughout the process. She asked thoughtful questions and pushed us to really think about what was important to us. Everytime we walked into a home Angelica saw details or elements that we didn't notice and asked us about them. Not only did we buy a beautiful home - she helped us find a place that is truly liveable.

On top of that, Angelica is a skilled, strategic, and thoughtful negotiator. The Denver market is wild and she got us under asking price for a beautiful, updated home in a desireable neighborhood. Throughtout the closing process she was in constant contact with us, answering questions, helping us communicate with the sellers, and making sure that we understood everything that was going on. This summer we had the pleasure of working with realtor Angelica Olmsted with Team Denver Homes. Home selling and buying is incredibly stressful, especially during 2020 in the Denver metro area. Thankfully, we had Angelica to walk us through the process and make our experience as stress-free as possible.
Before the house was listed, Angelica brought in a staging expert who helped us make our home show worthy. The professional photographer she used took gorgeous photos for the web listing. Plus our home was priced just right for the market. All of this preparation helped us to sell with multiple offers above asking price on the first day we listed.
On the buying side, Angelica carefully noted our location preference, home style choice, and financial parameters. She was able to find us our “dream home” in a relatively short period of time. We had some concerns with the solar panel lease for this home and the open space behind the home. Without hesitation, Angelica dug deep (phone calls, emails, research) to get answers to our questions. We were then able to confidently move forward with the purchase of this home.

Do you need a realtor? STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING AND CALL ANDREA. For real. Save your sanity and team up with her. My husband and I started our real estate journey from a different state before we even knew when we’d be able to move, and Andrea didn’t skip a beat. We came into town and she met us to show us neighborhoods and homes to better understand our vibe and what we were looking for and continued to send listings within our style and budget all without an actual get-serious date yet. Truly one of the strongest real estate teams in the Denver Market. It's unfortunate their names have been smeared in the news for a fun marketing video. All of this caused by a couple Facebook users that tagged "gentrification" and "white racists", just to build up their own presence on the web. Since then, random, nameless people that have no idea who this team is comprised of, or their histories, continue to slander their names for creating a very funny, spoof, parody video of Fresh Prince of Belaire, which had nothing to do with gentrification. It's amazing and sad what the public can do by twisting words and commenting on snipits of a video. The good news is, this team is full of talent and they'll continue to succeed in every aspect of their life, which is more than I can say for all you 1-star reviewers, who clearly have way too much time on your hands. Maybe focus on something that will propel your life forward? Yes... and good luck with that too, you will need it.

As a minority, I was not offended by the recent video. It was nostalgic and I thoroughly enjoyed watching it since I was such a fan of the show and watched it while I was growing up. Whoever is reading this, please disregard all the 1 star reviews as they have never met or worked with this team, and are judging them based off a fun, marketing video. Making real estate decisions off people who just love to provide negative feedback that they didn't experience firsthand is ridiculous. Mor represented us as the seller agent, she did a great job, while she invested the money in advertising the property, great pictures, 3D tour and staging including buying a chair from her own money. Then she did an open house over the weekend after listing the house on Friday, and she managed to get us under contract on the Monday after. She also explained to us everything along the process, was very patient and caring, I fully recommend her!

As a first time home buyer, I kind of needed someone to hold my hand and walk me through each step, as I get kind of freaked out with all the paper work and such. Mor was INCREDIBLE in this sense. I honestly couldn't imagine using another realtor. She's somebody who is 100% honest which I think is a rare trait these days, let alone in real estate. If she isn't comfortable selling you a house because she thinks it's not in your best interest, she'll tell you. I never felt like just another client with her but more of a friend that she was trying to help find a place. I plan on selling and rebuying with her many times in the future. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her. On top of that, she keep in contact with me. She'll check up and see how the house is doing, how I'm doing, and what updates I've made. That kind of follow up just reassures that she has my best interest in mind, not hers. Mor is the best!

As a first time home buyer, Mor was amazing! She walked us through the whole process and gave us solid advice on the properties we looked at, as well as those we ended up putting offers on. She even prevented us from getting into a less than favorable situation with our lender... which made us really glad she was on our side!

Most importantly, she was very responsive whenever we emailed or called her. This was especially important with the Denver real estate market being what it was (and currently is!). We'll definitely contact her again for future purchases.
