Morgan joined Westates as the CFO in 2021. Prior to joining Westates, Morgan was a Senior Vice President at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage where he oversaw the Asset Management function for Berkadia’s $300B servicing portfolio. His responsibilities at Berkadia included leading the Financial Analysis, Insurance, Tax, Escrow, Loan Boarding, and Servicing Data teams as well as using new technology and process improvement to build an exceptional client experience.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Morgan was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, a global strategy and operations consulting firm. While at McKinsey, Morgan focused on large-scale transformations and operational excellence driven by changes in strategy, process, technology, and culture. He worked across a variety of industries including healthcare, basic materials, pharmaceuticals, transportation, and energy throughout North America, Europe, and Australia.
Before McKinsey, Morgan held positions in Ernst & Young’s Quantitative Economics and Statistics Group, the US military, and a commercial real estate investment and property management firm.
Morgan is a CPA and has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.
