Morgan Perkins is a licensed Realtor at eXp Realty, LLC, an international brokerage. She is motivated by helping her clients meet their real estate needs in a timely fashion. Her strong work ethic and passion for assisting others is what propels Morgan forward. With endless resources at her fingertips to leverage today’s technology, Morgan is aware of the power of connecting with people via the Internet. That being said, Morgan has a strong understanding of how digital marketing is important when practicing real estate. Some of her goals include collaborating with other successful agents, and receiving designations/ certifications through NAR. Preceding her current role, Morgan served as a consultant for multiple real estate investment companies and was a Certified Montessori Teacher. Morgan is skilled in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel, along with Canva and Dropbox.
