Moriah Pitzer

Born and raised in Preston County, WV Moriah is no stranger to NCWV. Living in Morgantown while she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering at WVU, she now finds herself back to her roots, residing in rural Bruceton Mills, WV. Moriah’s interest in real estate was sparked when her husband and his business partner tried their hand at house flipping during the pandemic. She realized her passion for interior design and architecture during this project, and while working the last three years in property management and development, her curiosity for understanding the real estate market continued to grow.



Moriah uses her drive and ambition to continue learning all things real estate, gaining her real estate license in the spring of 2023. Moriah's commitment to her clients through her personable and honest nature makes her a great asset during the home buying or selling process. She’s eager to help you find the home of your dreams, and will smile her way through to closing!



In Moriah’s off-time, she enjoys exploring new areas of West Virginia and beyond. She finds joy when spending time on the river with her friends and family; and releases stress from her busy days with a hot yoga class. Moriah and her husband, Jesse, love to travel, and appreciate the opportunity to discover new places, even more so when their two dogs, Jaxon and Henry, can tag along. Her experiences throughout the state give her a unique perspective of all it has to offer, making her a great resource for anyone moving to the area.
