Morris K. Pleasant II, better known as Kelly, was 27 years old with a good job and stable life, but “stable” didn’t get him up in the morning. He had drive, ambition and passion but couldn’t find his place. He needed a guide to take him to the next level. That’s when he realized he wanted to be exactly that… a guide for people to find their place.

Kelly has been guiding people with ambition for a greater life to find their homes since 2011.

Kelly is a homegrown, 3rd generation Sacramentan. He and his wife live in Elk Grove.
