Mia is a fantastic agent. She is very persistent, knowledgeable and personable. She is supper familiar with Illinois market values and always responded to my questions and made sure that I understood well. She is super kind and friendly. Even when I was not available to visit the properties, she did that on my behalf. She was responding to me even on the weekends when I had questions. I just closed my first home and I highly recommend her if you are looking for a great reliable agent.

Mia's authenticity in ensuring we found a good home for the family shined throughout the whole process as we iterated on multiple locations and got to later stages with multiples options ranging from foreclosed to brand new properties - but she was always willing to take a step back and ensure it was the proper fit for us. Throughout the whole ordeal she went above and beyond to not only educate us but diligence and validate each property from appraisal all the way to inspection and final close each time. We were fortunate enough to work with her as first time buyers and her experience in the industry as well as advice throughout each process was invaluable as she managed multiple simultaneous processes on time, as such we're looking forward to her support again in the future.
