Russell was more than amazing and words can’t truly explain how amazing he was. Worked hard and long hours through out the entire process to help us and make sure the process was a smooth one as best as it could be especially during the pandemic. Extremely knowledgeable, a true professional, and completely honest in all he does (which is a hard quality to find in most realtors now a days) in his business. Let’s put it this way during the pandemic we had him take us to over 15 houses to see before we found our forever home and he never complained. If you need a realtor We highly recommend going with Russell, you won’t regret it.

It’s been 12 years since buying my first home and in todays real estate market things are very different. With aggressive buyers and homes selling fast we needed an honest realtor with great communication, strong work ethic, positive attitude and vast knowledge of the market. Russell and I known each other for nearly 20 years. I put on Facebook one day that my husband and I were thinking about selling. Russell reached out to us via letter with his number. Once Covid hit we had to put our plans on hold but he still came to us with a plan in place. We needed some minor work done to get the house to be where we wanted it. Once Covid restrictions lifted on certain stuff we were able to move forward. Russell sold our house within 10 days of being on the market. The whole entire process went very smoothly and his team even saved us a ton on Car insurance and Homeowners insurance. If I had to do it again I would definitely go back with The Kubach Team.

So, Russell Kubach actually hired me at my current job. Within a year of me working with him he decided to exit the logistics industry and enter into the real estate industry. I seen him help a few coworkers out with their properties and I heard he was knowledgeable and good at getting the job done. Honestly I didn’t think I would need any of his services because my wife already owned a property which we were renovating.

Then me and my wife’s life changed once we had our baby girl. We were sinking so much money into renovations and since we had a baby we wanted to live in a safer neighborhood and get rid of our first property.

I called Russell just to ask him a few questions and he had all of the answers to everything I asked him. This made me and my wife confident in him selling our home.

Once we sold our him we took some time to start looking for another house but we knew when we were ready who we were going to call. Then that day came and Russell was ready to get the ball rolling on finding us a home.

He sent us listing with properties that were already on the market as well we properties coming to market. He also told us about the best neighborhoods for raising children, and the best neighborhoods with good travel distances from me and my wife’s jobs.

It took almost a year to find our home and we started to become frustrated and discouraged but Russell stayed patient with us and kept us motivated.

This was by far one of the best experiences in my life and I’m looking forward to closing on my new home in just a few more weeks.

The Kubach Team was amazing. From start to finish they always had a goal in mind to suite my needs. There was never a time that I had a doubt that my home could not be found. When I did find my home they gave me resources to help with my move, furniture and etc. If you’re looking for a company that make you feels like family this is the company to go too. I even had Russell put on a Notre Dame Hat at closing. He and his team are the best!!

There are no words to describe how incredibly grateful my husband and I are to have worked with Russell and his team. This was my first time buying a house, and especially during a time when the market was crazy, he made it so simple and so fun. We were looking in a very limited area because it was important for us to keep our daughter in the same school district, and as soon as a house would list, he got us in to see it that day.
