First and foremost, I want to thank God. Leah was/is a Godsend. I could not have done any of this without her. Her patience, expertise and drive had me in awe. I’ve known her for 30 years and am fortunate to have her not only as my realtor but my friend. Although she kept it professional, the empathic/friend part was amazing and needed. So much I can say!! Leah is an amazing realtor! From credit worthiness, pre approval, house hunting, contracts, inspections, clear to close and closing day! She made sure we understood every detail of our home purchase. Leah gave recommendations, due to her extensive knowledge of real estate, along the way to ensure the process was with ease. When the sellers realtor (multiple times) dropped the ball, Ms. Bolden stepped in and made the appropriate calls to help her clients. Leah worked late nights, early mornings and even replied to some text messages on the holiday (thank you) Say that all to say thank you for you endless work to make sure my husband and I found the home we truly love and not settling for just any house because we were approved and they accepted our offer.
