I was in search of a rental property and saw one listed by Mudassir. Unfortunately the property I inquired on had already been rented. However, Mudassir had another property that fit the criteria we needed.
From the 1st phone call with him and through all the the questions, he is outstanding!
He is extremely responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and on top of things. He made us feel very comfortable dealing with him and finding our next rental, in which we executed a lease for our new home. I can’t say enough good things about him!

Over the next 11 months (we took a long time to buy...), he reconfirmed over and over again that everything he said in that first meeting was true. From super prompt responses to emails/texts/calls, to phenomenal, candid feedback on the dozens of places we toured, Mudassir made our first home buying process as seamless as possible! His entire team is super organized, communicative, and reliable. Mr Mudassir Siddiqui is a very professional and pleasant responsible person. He is very promising and keeps his words. I was desperately trying to find a rental place but had no luck and so I called Mr. Siddiqui and he advised me to buy instead and got me preapproved with in 2 hrs and worked hard to get the loan approved. He did all the running around and I sat back as he was trying to stay on top of everything. He treated me like his sister and promised that he will take care of everything and he handled it so well. I closed on my house smoothly and in given time. I really appreciate and had a pleasure working with him. He still calls me to see how is everything and if I do need help with anything.
