Mundy grew up in Tampa, FL, where he spent most of his young adult life building a background in sales, leadership, and customer service, from the bottom up. His first job was washing cars in the “get ready” department of a local dealership, which led to a position in the mechanical shop. From there, he quickly made the transition to sales, which led to his first job as general manager. He later extended his successful leadership skills to other areas of the Central Florida market, ranging from Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale, earning many distinguished accolades along the way. One that he is most proud of is The BMW Platinum and Bronze Awards for Leadership.
After many years of excelling in the automobile industry, Mundy decided to make the transition into real estate, where his vibrant personality and previous sales experiences have served him well. He has an acute awareness of the economic trends in the markets he services, and he understands the concerns and needs of both, buyers, and sellers. Throughout his career in the Central Florida markets, he has a proven track record of making customers happy and exceeding their highest expectations. But more importantly, he has confidence in his abilities which leaves his clients feeling comfortable with the decisions they have made.
Mundy is also a father of four, with two grandchildren, and he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He loves boating and motorcycle riding and is an avid sports fan. He has been a Tampa Bay Buccaneers season ticket holder since 1987.
