As first time home buyers we had no idea how to navigate the ins ands outs of the process of purchasing a home. Murrey Kehrlein not only helped us with all of that but made himself available for any tours, questions and concerns we had during the process. He has been an agent for several years and has many helpful contacts and connections. He is an excellent negotiator and a strait shooter. He will tell you if he thinks something is not right for you and why, instead of just trying to make a quick sell. He always had our best interest at heart. We could not have done it without him! He made it all so easy. We love our new home! We would recommend him to any friends or family that are in the market.

Selling and buying a home is a big deal and it is very important that you have someone you can trust and are confident in your agent. While this may be a happy time for some, it may be a not so happy time for others. I have known Murrey Kehrlein for years and have had the pleasure of working with him in both situations.
He is someone who thoroughly understands the real estate market when it comes to property values, marketing, legal issues and has great people skills.
While working with him he always showed dedication to my interest by tireless working to ensure I found a place that I was truly satisfied with, even though it meant additional work for him. He also made sure we understood the process.
One thing that really stood out in my mind is I had my heart set on a particular house. He immediately noticed multiple issues with the house. Being stubborn, I told him that I didn’t care because the house was absolutely perfect. Murrey was patient with me, and sat me down and put all the reason why this would not be a good purchase for me. Once I saw all the evidence in front of me, I understood why. Looking back that was the best decision I made, he saved me financial loss and a great number of headaches. With that being said his priority is to make sure my house purchase was not only a great fit for what I wanted, but also was a good purchase and wise investment.
In addition to his dedication, he also has a network for wonderful and reliable people to with as part of the buying and selling process from title companies to inspection companies and contractors for repairs.
Murrey is a professional who places customer needs and satisfaction as his highest priority. I recommend Murrey for anyone who is looking for a great agent that has your best interest at heart.
