As first-time buyers, we had no idea what to expect when we started looking for our future home. We knew we needed to work with someone experienced, transparent, and communicative.

Working with Myles Reeves at 1st Class Real Estate was our best decision, and we couldn't be happier. Myles made sure to walk us through expectations (and to expect the unexpected) and consistently clarified anything that may have gone over our heads. We also had reservations about potential mortgage lenders, to which Myles provided an excellent reference that we ended up choosing.

Typical adjectives associated with buying a home are "aggressive," "competitive," "stressful," etc. Working with Myles was the complete opposite of these descriptions. Myles is a true professional whose actions matched his words and made our journey as seamless and smooth as possible—for which we are incredibly grateful.

We can't thank Myles enough for helping us find a home we love, navigating a bidding war with favorable terms (while keeping our budget in mind), and closing within a month. Though we don't have plans to make future purchases, if we do outgrow our starter home, we know that Myles will surely be the first person we call up.
