Thanks to Nader Nessim and his team our home search was stress free and it went smoothly. Nader was very good at listening to our criteria and offered a lot of good insights and great advice . All the way from start to finish he was thorough with his knowledge . There was no wasting time or effort he pinpointed our search area in our price range. Searching for a new home should be fun and Nader clearly knew how to make it less stressful. We got great advice on how to make a reasonable and good offer by providing comps and latest sales in the area, provided guidance and contacts for the various services needed (appraisal, fixes, etc.) and overall managed the entire process from the search all the way through to close of escrow . We intend to work with Nader again for future purchases. I highly recommend him.

I just bought a house, and Nader was my agent for the process, I really enjoyed his company and quality of his work from the start to end, we got into some ups and downs with the lender selection, but was supporting me like a family member, he did more than his boundary, I would highly recommend him for all my friends and relatives, his service is beyond excellent…
Once he said he will get you the house of your choice, he will make anything in his power to fulfill that promise.
