Nadia helped my parents move from a home they lived in for 35 years and the only hometown they ever knew to be with their kids in Columbus. She could not have been more patient, responsive, and communicative. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and gave incredible advice to two people who were very new to this process. She even followed up after their move in day numerous times to ensure their happiness. Nadia is an outstanding realtor!

Nadia helped my husband and I our first house. She helped us narrow down what kind of home and the type of neighborhood we were looking for. She went with us to countless houses, often on just a couple of hours notice. Nadia is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and hard working. She is also super caring, we had our 7 month old daughter along with us to all of these houses and Nadia offered to feed, hold, and entertain her so my husband and I could really spend time viewing the home. We got so lucky finding Nadia and our first house- we couldn’t have done it without her!

We needed a realtor with considerable knowledge of the area my mom was looking to move to, and time was of the essence. I knew Nadia would put our needs first, and she did not disappoint. Nadia was quick to respond to our showing requests. We saw almost all of the properties on the same day as our requests. Nadia was able to help find a lender to prequalify my mom for her new purchase, along with assisting in finding a realtor to list and sell her home in Cincinnati. Nadia also scheduled a thorough inspection of my mom’s new home with a qualified inspection service.

Nadia negotiated a great price on the best condo in my mom’s price range. My mom bought a beautiful condo with wonderful upgrades that exceeded our expectations, and without Nadia we wouldn't have been able to get this wonderful home.

Nadia was quick and polite to respond to all of my requests and questions during our home search. Her knowledge and expertise in the area was crucial in our decision to hire her as our realtor. Nadia was also very patient to explain all the documents and contract papers to my mother prior to closing. My mom loves her new, perfect home.
