Nadine has been a real estate agent since 2014. Before that, she was an attorney (since 1990). Her legal background has prepared her extremely well for real estate. She has had a lot of training in negotiation, understanding pages and pages of documents and collaborating with people. Perhaps the most important thing she has been trained to do is put her clients' best interests first ... ALWAYS! Nadine does not think of her work in real estate as a business; but instead, a service that she provides to her clients, often exceeding their expectations. She takes very seriously the fact that our homes are often our biggest investments. An unexpected but extremely rewarding part of her real estate career is having the opportunity to help her clients transition through various stages of life (e.g., marriage, divorce, retirement, first home, empty nest, etc.)
On a personal note, Nadine has been a homeowner/resident of El Dorado Hills/Folsom since 2000. She has raised two daughters in the area, both of whom attended the public schools K-12. She knows the area and market well.
