It was a pleasure to work with Ms. Cook. She quickly responded to every phone call or text message I initiated. If she did not immediately have the answer, she was very good about getting me an answer but, more importantly, would give me a timeframe in which she would have that answer. And I ask a lot of questions! She is truly amazing!

Ms Cook was very helpful in helping me rent and manage my investment property in Parkland,FL. For the last 5 years she has provided me with valuable insights on how to increase the value of my home by recommending budget friendly upgrades, she's help me find good tenants. Naika exceeded my expectations with her work ethic and professionalism. From the day I contacted her about looking for a property, quickly, she sent me a few choices from there we started working. She was very patient as she learned my style to find me the right property. She was very proactive with the paperwork and very organized. She made sure to explain everything so I would know what to expect and therefore had no surprises. Even after we moved, she called to check on us to make sure everything was okay.. and told us if we needed anything, she was available. She is simply an exemplary definition of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Can’t wait to use her for my next venture!

Naika is Amaaaaazing!!!! Literally my real estate Angel! When I first met Naika I admired her professionalism and her straight forward approach. No time wasted! She immediately stood in my corner represented me and made sure I was moved into a great home, even with all the odds that were against me she prevailed! I really appreciate how she move swiftly and all documents are electronically sent so you can find out immediately the status of the home you desire. Naika was able to have me moved in earlier then my move in date and made sure I was comfortable and happy, surprised me with my first house warming gift! Such a pleasure to have her in my corner. I was told by man realtors that what I was looking for was impossible and don’t even try. Naika reminds me of myself “No” is not an option and trying won’t hurt, she did more then try, she made it happen!!! ✨

Naika was great! She was so patient and she listened to everything I asked for. There were things I asked for and things I didn't wan't, and she delivered on it. She sent me a lot of available listening and options. She followed through on every property I was interested in even if it was not a good fit for me. Naika was very honest and professional. She was very relatable and personable and she made me feel comfortable when speaking with her. And after we found my new Townhouse she awarded me my first house warming gift, which was very gracious!...Naika is great at what she does, and she seems to enjoy helping others.
