Nakita was such a blessing to me!!! She came in after another agent and cleaned up a whole mess!!! We ran into some difficulties with my tenant, but once that was cleared up, I was under contract in 6 days!!! I am not easily impressed, and Nakita totally exceeded my expectations!!!! I contacted Nakita in December of 2020 thinking it would take 1 year to have my home sold and purchasing my 2nd home. Fast forward to the end of February 2021 and I am at the closing table for my home and under contract for my 2nd home. Nakita was dedicated to finding me what I wanted, while educating me on why certain homes were not a good investment. After making the decision to purchase another home, I wanted to work with someone that would have by best interest at heart. I needed someone that would be patient with me and available to answer all of my questions. Head of Household came highly recommended so I decided to give them a try.

Because I was still in the pre contemplating stage, the thought of making another big life decision was debilitating. Thank God Nakita had the patience of Job because I’m sure I gave her a run for her money. For several months Nakita was there every step of the way. She always answered every call and email. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor who I now call a friend. Her knowledge, professionalism, and work ethic are much respected and appreciated. She was there to help me make the best decision for my family.

Nakita and her team are a dream to work with! When my husband and I started our home buying process, we had realtor friends and friends of friends coming out of the woodwork to work with us! We were so happy we chose Nakita as our real estate agent!
She was determined on getting us the home we wanted within our budget and desired location, and she succeeded! She was such a pleasure to work with. I expected agents to be aggresive and pushy for you to buy a home but she was not! quite the opposite actually.

We all know shopping for a house as an adult, is like a kid in a candy store (especially if you watch HGTV). Sounds very fun but all the options out there can be nerve wracking. We really wanted to buy a home now because of the raising real estate prices in and around Atlanta. We could have settled but she expressed if we were doubting anything it’s not the one, and I’m happy she didn’t let us settle because the following weekend she found a home that was perfect for us!! Her knowledge and "lessons learned" talks made us slow down and think before we jumped in such a big investment. She is very professional and we couldn’t have asked for somebody better! She fought for us until the end (loan processing, closing, to even our housewarming :) She even contacts us periodically to make sure everything is still going smoothly, 6 months later!!!
Thank you so much Nakita! Would totally recommend her to anyone and I've had already done so!!!
