Nance Stellato

From a very young age, Nance has possessed a driven entrepreneurial spirit. She learned the disciplines necessary for success while owning and operating several restaurants in New York, Philadelphia and Los Angeles. Speaking of disciplines, while the owner/operator of a popular gym in LA for 10 years, Nance competed around the world as a professional Powerlifter. After setting a world record women's squat at 556lbs, Nance was inducted into the Powerlifting Hall of Fame. Fourteen years later, that record has not been broken. Nance brings that same drive and dedication to excellence to the real estate sector, where she strives to always put forth the best deal for her clients. Nance has always had a deep interest in real estate and is committed to serving both buyer and seller to the best of her ability.
