Nancy was fantastic on helping us find our new family home. She was very reasonable and easy to work with and she provided comfort when we needed it. Nancy is awesome! She is truly professional and experienced! We were looking to purchase a home for our small family and Nancy came through!
In my opinion you need an agent who is willing to help you achieve your goal and get you there in a timely manner. Nancy accomplished this by; educating us about the current housing market, effectively communicated with other agents who represented their buyer, and did everything I asked her to do without any fuss or complaints.
With our busy schedule Nancy was very efficient in the way she communicated with us. She constantly gave us status update to let us know where we stood. I was never in the dark about anything. Even when she’s on vacation she was out there communicating with us. Sorry about that. We truly are grateful to have been so lucky to have her on our side. We now have her as our realtor that we'll always use and trust.

Where to starts with so many great things to say about Nancy. We first reached out about 5-6 months before our purchase she guided us on how to get ready for our home. I could honestly say this was the longest part of our process, but not once did she pressure us or stop communication. When it was time to be pre approved she guided us on lenders and we ended up going with one she recommended to us the pre approval was fast and easy. When home searching came she booked beautiful houses within budget we wanted to stay in. The best part is we found our dream home our FIRST time going out. Nancy made it happen for us our offer was accepted in this crazy market on our first outing. She made the process super easy.hearing other people’s horrible stories I was pleasantly surprised when we did the process stress free . Nancy always communicated what was going on and what was needed from us. If I had to re do this process I would 100% go back to Nancy .

Nancy has been one of the best agent that I have worked with so far. My experience working with her had been so commendable and which ever words i use will come in as an under statement. I have worked with quite a few agents in the past and everyone always tried to undersell my property. She is the one who directed me to go higher than what i was expecting and indeed she made it happen. I wouldn't have been able to sell my property without her being so accommodative in helping through the process especially when I am currently residing out of state. She took care end to end starting from discussing with the tenant, organizing the fixes, identifying repairs etc etc. I didn't even had to worry about anything except signing the documents and getting the check. She has been very very responsive and attentive irrespective of what time it is. I really liked her meticulous approach of how we should position the house in the market to get the top value and rightfully so. More importantly I haven't seen her beating around the bush but rather a straight shooter laying out the facts on what works and what doesn't. Although she doesn't have to but gave me advise on what I think about 1031 exchange clause considering i am out of state which really helped me make sure decisions. All in all, my experience had been flawless and i am really grateful for her.

Nancy is one of a kind. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. She is not pushy she gives you her honest opinion. She really looks at your price range and gives you excellent advise she always tells us "I want you to be comfortable with your payment", because as she puts it, "It doesn't matter if you get qualified for a large amount you need to be able to enjoy life as well" and I truly appreciate that she is looking out for our future.
