We’ve now bought and sold homes with Nancy twice in Upper Arlington, and both times have been nothing short of exceptional. The Columbus market is incredibly competitive, but Nancy guided us through it with complete confidence and clarity. She knew exactly how to position our offer to win—both times we submitted just one offer, and both times we got the house. That’s not luck—that’s a realtor who knows what she’s doing.

When it came to selling our previous home, Nancy handled every detail with a sharp eye and strategic mindset. She advised us on exactly how to stage and price it to attract strong offers without lingering on the market. Nancy made buying a new home as painless as one can possibly hope for. She was very responsive to our needs (including nights, weekends, and holidays), patient with our indecision, and highly knowledgeable about the process and market. When we had questions she couldn't answer (which were few!) she found experts we could talk to. As first time home buyers, my husband and I were dreading the home buying process and all the stress that can come with it in the current market. Nancy turned our attitudes around from the start, getting us excited about the process so we could enjoy this next big life event.

Nancy made herself available at the drop of a hat, was super responsive and jumped on scheduling showings any time we wanted to see a house she passed on to us that met our needs.

The second we expressed interest in a home that was not yet on the market, she acted fast and made sure we were the first to see the house on the day it opened for showings. Nancy knew exactly what needed to be done if we were going to take a stab at getting the house of our dreams. She kept track of all questions we wanted to ask the sellers, and moved quickly on any negotiations agreed upon, with her expertise.

Anytime we started having questions late into the evening she was responsive and offered to jump on a quick call to talk through it to make sure we fully understood the process and next steps and felt fully comfortable.

With Nancy’s direction we got a competitive offer in, leading the sellers to cancel their open house scheduled for that coming weekend. Without Nancy we never even would have known what to do, how to do it, let alone the fact it COULD be done.

I’ve already HIGHLY recommended Nancy to friends and will continue to do so, not only did she make a process we were dreading seamless and smooth, she made it fun and memorable and certainly a positive ‘first home buying process’ we will never forget.

Nancy is responsive, very knowledgeable, and just a genuinely nice person. She helped me buy our first home this summer. It was right in the middle of a crazy year, so it was quite the time to be looking as a first time home buyer, but she made it a far easier process.
