Awesome, awesome, awesome! Nancy did a fantastic job selling my condo. She was efficient, effective, communicated well and a pleasure to work with. Nancy outlined a selling strategy for the property and then fully executed it while keeping me in the loop of her progress. She took total initiative for preparing the property for sale, getting repairs completed, marketing and sale of the unit. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service Nancy provided. I highly recommend her.

Nancy went above and beyond to make the sale of our house a stress free experience. From the start Nancy advised us on what steps to take and provided us advise in getting our house ready to be put on the market. Because of this advice, our house received numerous offers after the house was put on the market on the 1st day. Our house closed after three weeks. Amazing! I might note that Nancy continued to offer support after our close.

I would like to share my great experience with Nancy Beall as an exemplary realtor. There are only 5 stars available but she deserves 100. Having never having sold a home before, Nancy was patient and kind, amazingly responsive, has integrity, vast experience and real estate acumen all day long. It might be easy to find a realtor who will sell your house in California, but is the realtor working for you with your best interests in mind? The answer is YES with Nancy. She even went above and beyond and found us a realtor in another state after vetting the realtor to me.

Nancy is fantastic and I enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home! I was new to the Sacramento area and had looked extensively online. Nancy did an incredible job of filling in additional context and information about neighborhoods and properties - ultimately guiding me toward the right property.

We had a competitive situation with the offer, which Nancy managed perfectly - pushing me a bit to make sure my offer would win and working with the seller's agent. She also expertly navigated the inspection and escrow process, even during the very busy holiday period. Despite some twists and turns, in less than 30 days we'd closed and I'd already started moving in.

I can't thank Nancy enough for her diligent work, savvy advice, and professionalism throughout - and, again, recommend her without any hesitation!

I highly recommend Nancy. I hired her to sell my townhouse in Carmichael. She handled every detail, including helping me stage my home; having professional photos taken; and both traditional and online marketing. Within 72 hours of listing my home, I had multiple above asking offers. The closing was fast and easy, with Nancy coordinating everything. On top of all of this, Nancy was available literally around the clock, and was really enjoyable to work with. She also helped me find my new home and went with me all over the greater Sacramento region until we found the perfect place.

I had such a great experience with Nancy selling my father's house two months ago, that I had to work with her again when we was ready to turn around a buy a house. Again, Nancy was great! Nancy is the best!
We sure gave Nancy a challenge and she rose to the occasion. We were moving to Sacramento to be closer to family and only wanted a house in one very in-demand neighborhood. Our budget was also on the low end for the neighborhood. Instead of trying to talk us into other neighborhoods or suggesting houses out of our budget, Nancy was extremely patient and positive and helped us find and buy our perfect home. She is very knowledgeable and exceptionally responsive. She always made us feel like we were her only client. We’d definitely recommend Nancy to friends and family!

So glad I found Nancy!
My husband and I found Nancy at an open house back in January, and after talking to her, I knew I really liked her. I gave her our info and told her we weren’t ready to buy yet, but we would be closer to the middle / end of year.

Nancy wasn’t pushy, but followed up and remembered details we had given her, which made me feel like we weren’t just a couple of random people she was trying to get as clients. Everyone knows a realtor, but I decided to go with Nancy even though we didn’t know her prior because we got such a good vibe.

I reached out in mid May to let her know we were almost ready to buy. After talking to our landlord though, the search really ramped up fast because we weren’t going to be able to go month to month at the end of our lease. Nancy connected me with a mortgage consultant and offered to show us houses right away. We found one we liked in less than a week, and she walked us through what offer to give to stay competitive. We had our offer accepted!

Unfortunately, we backed out of that sale because of inspection results, but we ended up finding another house the same day, and also had our offer accepted after some negotiations. Two houses in a week!

Nancy walked us through the whole process and made me feel comfortable, and was a calming presence the whole time, even with a couple of speed bumps along the way.

I kept saying to my friends “I’m so glad I have Nancy” and now that we are moved in and living in our home, I couldn’t be more thankful for all the hard work she put in for us. Thank you, Nancy!!

Not knowing a lot of people, we thought it would be wise to visit open houses to check out the areas of interest and give us the opportunity to see and meet different agents. There were a few qualities we wanted in a Realtor when we began our house hunting process and Nancy had all those boxes checked.

Industry Knowledge:
Nancy was very knowledgable about the housing market. She listened to which particular areas we wanted to explore, and she told us the pros and cons of each.

Communication:
She responded in a timely manner whenever we had a question about a house. She also kept us up to date with each step of the process.

Intergrity:
We wanted our realtor to be a "straight shooter", someone who would tell us NO if we were making a mistake.

My husband and I were first time homebuyers, so we weren’t sure what to expect during the process. I imagine we had the same worries/stresses that most first time buyers have, but Nancy did all she could to make the experience as enjoyable and painless as possible for us from start to finish. She found us the perfect home, referred us to a great mortgage consultant( Fred Bermudez at Paramount Partners), communicated well with the seller, and we were able to close within 21 days! We had TONS of questions throughout the process, and we appreciated that she was always quick to respond and very accommodating with our difficult schedules.
