I really can't say enough positives about Nancy! My fiancee and I had been referenced to a different realty group in the area but they were slow to respond and I went out on my own and found Nancy who clearly had a GREAT track record in the Hot Springs area. I contacted her on a Thursday and on Saturday she spent and entire day with us going through a very well curated list of houses that met our needs. We found "the one" and the whole process from start to finish was EXCELLENT. Very efficient, smooth, and she had experts to work with us all along the way even including post sales suggestions for handyman, etc. Full service, Great service.... We highly recommend Nancy!

Yet I found the perfect place for me that would meet all my retirement needs and wants. I knew after my first conversation with Nancy, all my doubts about moving forward was insignificant.
