Nancy Darnell, not only went the extra mile but rather, she ran the marathon for us. Although, we faced many an uexpected hurdle, (i.e. undesirable vagrancy; contract cancellation, btake-in, facing unexpected inspections results; etc.) she made light of things, proposing quick and viable solutions in a possitive way, eliminating potential worries for us. But, more importantly, when we needed her even for the smallest of things, she was always there for us in a very caring and courteous way. Both, Luisa and myself, are very greatful to Nancy having pulled off this difficult sale due to her experience, contribution, and professionalism.

I met Nancy at an open house and immediately felt a connection. She really understood me and my needs. She helped me find the home of my dreams and I am extremely grateful! Nancy was so easy to work with, always available to answer all my stupid questions and able to talk me down off the ledge when I started to panic! The sale was quick and relatively painless.
