Nancy is a very kind, caring and helpful realtor! She makes the hunt for your next home, or the listing and sale of your home, very personal. She's involved in every detail, as little or as much as you want her to be. She knows what she's doing! She gives great advice and keeps you on track for both selling and buying. She was our guide every step of the way, we took her advice and we were able to sell two homes within one week based on her advice , expertise and guidance! She became a friend over this process, and even still checks in with us weeks after moving into our new home. I always felt Nancy was genuine about her concern for us and like she truly cared about helping us. Definitely recommend Nancy for your home selling and buying needs! She won't let you down! Oh and the gift card, cards and gift basket on settlement day was so surprising and sweet!! We love Nancy Downs and are grateful our paths crossed for this HUGE and complicated move!
