Nancy had all the contacts and businesses for work that had to get done. (inspection's, carpentry, painting, etc.) I was able to leave it all in her capable hands and that was a tremendous relief. Nancy is not just a real estate agent, but also became a friend! In our home search she was our consultant on all things related from decor to rennovation ideas to things to stay away from. Nancy was an amazing help in getting our home ready to sell. As it turns out my husband had to relocate from southern CA, to a different state to start work with another company. He had to leave and I stayed in order to get our home on the market. I interviewed several different realtors to see what they would tell me. From the first moment I met Nancy, I could tell she was different from the others. She was very energetic, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and best of all not pushy. I really appreciated this trait. I had enough stress already. She answered all my questions. Always answered her phone when I called. She had recommendations about everything our home needed. This included hiring a very competent photographer that took beautiful pictures of our home., making it very attractive to a potential buyer. In dealing with other agents out of state to purchase a new home, I realized what a gem Nancy was. She always kept in contact with us and was a great negotiator. We never has to hunt her down to find answers, she was always 1 step ahead of us. I wish we would have had someone like her in MA. When we first met Nancy she was in our area putting out flyers, I believe, for the houses around the neighborhood she was showing. I told her that we had been thinking about selling in the near future and she asked if we would keep her in mind. When we finally decided to sell she had been in an accident and was unavailable at that time. The person we hired to sell our property was new to the business and just not very GOOD. After having the property listed for around 6 months we decided to rent it. At the end of the first years lease our renters moved out and at that time Ms DuShane-Bank was available. We were now living in Texas and after turning the property over to her she got busy getting the property, at 1534 Windsor Lane, Fullerton, CA., ready to sell and the property was sold in a little over two months.
