About Nancy

Nancy Foster is one of the most experienced Real Estate Brokers in Addison County and has consistently been one of the top producing Brokers in this area for years. Nancy has spent most of her life in Middlebury. She is a graduate of Middlebury Union High School, as is her husband and three daughters. She is also a graduate of UVM and has a master’s degree in History. Nancy owned and operated the RE/MAX Middlebury office for 20 years with her business partner, and now is the Head Broker of Champlain Valley Properties. Nancy has been married to Robert Foster, a local Dairy farmer and composter (MOO DOO products) for years, and they are the proud parents of three daughters, have three terrific sons-in-law, and six grandchildren. She has been involved in many different organizations in Middlebury area over the years and has strong ties to this community. Nancy is an active Rotarian and member of her church.
