Nancy Golden is a Realtor-Associate® with 20 years of experience assisting buyers and sellers alike with their residential real estate needs across eastern Monmouth County and the surrounding area. She is a Certified Home Stager and holds the industry designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and e-PRO®. CRS is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers. The ABR® designation is for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. e-PRO® is received upon completion of a course that teaches members how to effectively use real estate technology to grow their business and make it more efficient. These designations and her continuing education serve as invaluable assets to her clients along their real estate journey. Nancy is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Monmouth Ocean Multiple Listing Service (MOMLS).
