After first attending University of Colorado Boulder for a few years, Nancy graduated magna cum laude with a Business degree from Metropolitan State University in Denver. She is a consecutive “FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent” award winner for 2010-2023, as named by Denver’s 5280 magazine and bestowed to fewer than 7% of Denver-area Realtors each year. Even rarer, of the over 25,000 licensed Realtors currently in Denver, only 73 have won the award all fifteen years it's been offered. Still greater than all the awards she’s won for her sales production, The FIVE STAR award is most meaningful to Nancy because it’s based solely on client satisfaction.

Nancy also possesses the “Certified Residential Specialist” (CRS), "Certified Negotiation Expert" (CNE), and “Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist” (CLHMS) designations, thus placing her in an elite group of Realtors across the country. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, and is a consecutive DMAR Roundtable of Excellence Award winner.

Nancy has been active in the community, volunteering her time with various non-profit and educational organizations such as Delores House, Samaritan House, Colorado Village Collaborative (for those experiencing homelessness), Kent Denver School, Family & Community Education & Support (FACES), Metro Denver Gang Coalition, Cherry Creek Arts Festival, Lab at Belmar, Dress for Success, and Parade of Homes to name a few.

She is also an award-winning mixed media artist and has sold her artwork through local art agents, galleries and art shows in the Denver area.
