Nancy is a proud graduate of San Diego State University. Prior to working in Real Estate, she was an entrepreneur store owner, running a Shipping/Mail/Notary/Print shop for 6 years. Her favorite pastimes include skiing, backpacking, pickleball, softball and water sports. Born and raised in California, with 30 years in San Diego, she can't imagine living anywhere else.
In 2023-2024 she put business on hold to assist her mom move into a retirement village as well as complete a $125k home renovation on her childhood home. She gained mounds of experience doing both. "I loved watching my mom thrive in her new apartment, the transition wasn't hard for her, but I know that's not always the case with seniors. It can be challenging in a lot of ways, and I feel confident that I can help families toward a move of their senior parent(s) including the possibility of a home sale."

"Nancy had the ability to remain calm and professional throughout our escrow, and kept our best interests in mind" - Rob W, Seller
"Nancy did a great job staging our home. I feel this had a lot to do with the price we received (above asking) since the photos and video are what buyers focus on. Our home looked great, we weren't sure that we should sell it, but glad we did!" - John H, Seller
